Be One Yoga and Pilates is a quiet, dedicated studio where you are encouraged to honour and nourish yourself. Each class is an opportunity for you to quiet your mind and retreat from everyday demands while you focus on the union of mind, body and spirit. Arlene Dezenosky's goal is to show you how to make daily life easier, happier, more enjoyable, and free from stress. Soon, the calming benefits of yoga will extend into all aspects of your life, family, friends, work.
Arlene Dezenosky has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. She is a trained Classical Hatha Yoga and Pilates Mat Instructor, Yoga Exercise Specialist, and has been trained in pre and post natal yoga.

All yoga classes are on-going drop in classes that do not require pre-registration or advance notice. Individual attention is a priority in each class. Beginner Yoga Intro is recommended before attending any drop in class. (Pre-registration is required for this class.) Pilates classes also require pre-registration.
Take advantage of Be One Yoga's no-risk policy -- Your first class is complimentary so you can see if yoga is right for you! Yoga is even better with a friend, so share! Be One also offers yoga for pre-natal and postal-natal moms, and private yoga or pilates sessions

Be One's Yoga Level 1 offers deep stretch and relaxation to promote cardiovascular health. Gentle Yoga is specially designed for the 'mature body' or for anyone recuperating from injury. It relieves joint stiffness while increasing strength, and flexibility. Restorative Yoga is a slow meditative class for all levels and ages. Be One's more advanced levels of yoga will make you sweat and flush toxins
Be One's Pilates compliments any yoga practice. It increases core strength, grace of movement and overall uplifts mood and energy. Learn fundamentals in the pre-registered class or try a drop in for an amazing workout
