Grace has genuine concern for those suffering from chronic pain syndromes and other health problems. But, Grace believes pain and symptoms are not your enemy. They are messages provided by your body when it is in distress or out of balance and needs attention. It is the way your body complains to you, so you need to listen and treat your body with compassion, and find a health care practitioner who can decipher the messages your body is sending. Symptoms should be treated as opportunities for you to discover the root of your problem and seek out remedial action

Through many years of training and experience, Grace learned that treating stress and pain through various therapies and techniques also had the positive side effect of relieving other health issues. She began to focus on treatments that supported the co-relation between all parts of your body
The nerve system, circulatory system, lymphatic system, the network of energy and other body systems interweave with the musculoskeletal system. Musculoskeletal problems and bad posture can cause dysfunctions of other organs and systems ranging from minor aches to excruciating pain and from minor discomfort to serious health conditions
Abnormal tone and adhesions in the supporting tissue surrounding your organs creates tension and restriction on the interconnection of movement between the organs. Chronic irritation and restriction may lead to dysfunction of the organs and may be further compromised by accidents, illness, stress or emotional trauma
Grace's sensitive hands and experience allows her to find problems in muscles and soft tissue. She uses a combination of therapies to relieve pain, remove blockages and other symptoms, and to give your body a chance to heal and restore its balance
The treatment of visceral myofascial release involves specific placement of gentle pressure to encourage the normal mobility and tone of the visceral organs and their connective tissues. Visceral Myofascial Release is a safe and effective form of manual therapy to enhance your body’s natural healing mechanism and influence general metabolism
Integrated Therapy Programs Using a mulitude of disciplines, Grace will design a therapy program that is suited to your individual needs and health issues

Stomach Problems & Digestive Issues Grace has developed effective therapies for a multitude of common health issues such as stomach and digestive problems, constipation, headaches, migraines, low energy, depression, anxiety, skin blemishes, and heartburn. Often these are health issues you may believe have no solution. So, you think you just have to accept and live with them
Grace is experienced in treating chronic digestive problems including acid reflux, stomach aches, abdominal pain, indigestion, and bowel movement problems. Her natural treatments ensure a high success rate and long-term relief. Learn the multiple symptoms of Acid Reflux and how Grace can help you
Respiratory Problems For many people the symptoms of respiratory problems are persistent and chronic, often managed by medications. The good news is that many of the symptoms related to your respiratory system, such as asthma and bronchitis can be effective treated by relaxing, feel-good manual therapy!
Women's Issues The pelvic floor is a network of muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues to support the urinary system and organs in the abdomen. If these structures become weak, injured or in distress, the pelvic organs are greatly affected and this can lead to pelvic disorders
Symptoms of pelvic disorders are often exacerbated with menstruation, menopause, pregnancy, childbirth, stress and anxiety. Adhesions, blockages and restrictions in muscles, fascia and scar tissue from surgeries can adhere to organs in the pelvic region. This creates pain and other symptoms including inflammation and dysfunction of your organs
Urinary Problems Restricted fascial surrounding the bladder and intestine can alter the normal function of these organs, and create urinary, bowel movement and menstrual problems. Myofascial Release in Visceral, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy and Massage Therapy are natural forms of drugless therapy to break down the adhesions and blockages, and to enhance the normal function of organs by supporting your body’s natural healing process
Pregnancy Pregnancy is a time of tremendous muscular, skeletal, physical, and emotional changes. Aches, pain, swelling and other problems are going to arise throughout your pregnancy. Pelvic or lower abdomen pain, calf cramps, morning sickness and water retention commonly occurs. Manual therapy such as massage therapy is natural, healing, and can assist your body to prevent or alleviate these symptoms and maintain your well-being

Preventing injury Injuries may occur due to the unhealthy condition of muscles and soft tissue. Tensions, restrictions and tightness in tissues contribute to injuries.
