Cindy Nilsen is a Professional Clinical Aromatherapist, Certified Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, public speaker and workshop facillitator.
Cindy has been dedicated to the study of health, healing, personal growth and spirituality since 1989. Personal growth courses led her to leave her "secure" municipal job of 22 years in l997 to study holistic disciplines. Cindy believes "If you’re not doing what you love, you’re doing the wrong thing". She has been working as an holistic health professional since 1999.
Cindy has studied under some of the most outstanding & leading instructors involved in Aromatherapy & complementary healing therapies. She has developed a vast amount of knowledge and experience with many different healing therapies, and now shares her expertise through workshops and lectures. She is a proud member of Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists (CFA), Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), Registered Reflexology Council of Ontario (RRCO) and Therapeutic Touch Network of Ontario (TTNO).
Cindy offers 2 convenient locations to serve you--a warm and friendly home office, and a clinical setting. Reflexology
Reflexology is recommended both when you are are sick, and as a preventative to illness. It is also great relief for stress and exhaustion. You’ll come away deeply relaxed feeling like you have a new pair of feet! Reflexology rejuvenates, relaxes and balances your body, soothes muscular aches & pains, alleviates foot pain & helps circulation in legs & feet. It even quiets mental chatter!
There are no contra-indications for Reflexology. Cindy's clients have reported improvements after only one session

Therapeutic Touch
Therapeutic touch has been researched extensively in the nursing field and has been found to reduce pain & anxiety, promote relaxation, raise hemoglobin levels, promote healing of fractures, wounds and infections, reduce anxiety and facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It is a healing therapy that helps restore order and flow in the human energy field to promote wellness. The client is fully clothed and can sit or lie down for treatment
